How smart is to change your career path when you are half way through your life? Are we still very old fashioned and scared to take risks in life to change our career path? Are we still restricted to one career in life?
I mean really how many of us have done totally different careers in life? True we have changed our jobs, but how gutsy are we to change our career path? I'm sure there's a few of us that take the danger path, but what and who do we put on risk?
Do we worry about how to survive if we change our careers? Do we worry so much about our regular income? As we grow old how shaky are we for changes in life? Does it become a comfort zone when you are in a specific industry.
I would love to start a new career path, but its always hard to take that first step, scared of change, all these what if's....
