I like to call this one eating a crocodile.. Living overseas you always miss the things you like to eat most, like the good old 'kimbula' translated to english a 'crocodile'. Made out of bread dough its like a croissant ,but a bit more harder and longer. It is the best breakfast in the world for me and I could easily eat 4 or 5 of those..
Well lucky for me found this great bakehouse in Dande which makes those!! After taking to the baker to find out what time he makes them, I now try and visit the bakehouse to get the hot ones straight from the oven!
Its strange how tastes that you love as a little girl hangs around you even after you've had an drought of crocodiles for 10 years..
Now with happiness I cherish these aussie crocodiles ...yum...
